Entry into force and application

Article 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 October 2013. However, with regard to the information service already deployed on the date of entry into force of this Regulation, it shall apply from 1 October 2015.
