Delegation of power

Article 186

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 284, in order to determine: (a) the conditions for granting the authorisation referred to in Article 185(1); (b) the customs formalities and the controls to be carried out by the holder of the authorisation referred to in Article 185(1).
