Article 1

Regulation (EU) No 321/2013 is amended as follows: (1) Article 8(4) is replaced by the following: ‘4. After a transitional period of one year following the entry into force of this Regulation, newly produced interoperability constituents of “rear-end signals”, shall be covered by the required EC declaration of conformity.’; (2) the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
