Mutual funds

Article 48

1.   Support for the setting up of mutual funds shall provide assistance to producers seeking to insure themselves against market fluctuations. 2.   Support for the setting up of mutual funds may be granted in the form of temporary and degressive aid to cover the administrative costs of the funds.
