Implementing powers in accordance with the examination procedure

Article 70

The Commission may adopt implementing acts laying down the necessary measures in relation to: (a) the procedures for granting the authorisations; (b) the records to be kept by the Member States and notifications to be sent to the Commission. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 229(2).
