Implementing powers in accordance with the examination procedure

Article 72

The Commission may adopt implementing acts laying down necessary measures setting out the details of the communication requirements that Member States are to comply with, including possible reductions of the budgetary limits provided for in Annex VI in the case of non-compliance. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 229(2).
