Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009
Article 45
Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 is hereby amended as follows: (1) in Article 57(1), the following sentences are added: "Member States shall undertake checks to ensure compliance. The checks may take place at all marketing stages and during transport.)" (2) Article 58(5) is amended as follows: (a) point (g) is replaced by the following: "(g) the information to consumers provided for in Article 35 of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *3 ) ; ( *3 ) Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 december 2013 on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, amending Council Regulations (EC) No 1184/2006 and (EC) No 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000 ( OJ L 354, 28.12.2013, p. 1 ).)"" (b) point (h) is deleted.
