Repeal and transitional provisions

Article 8

1. Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 is repealed with effect from 25 November 2015. During the period from 1 January 2014 until 24 November 2015, Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 shall continue to apply. 2. Any laissez-passer issued pursuant to Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 shall cease to be valid with effect from 25 November 2015.
