Article 11

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from the day Greenland notifies the Commission that it has implemented in national law the relevant provisions of Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 to allow the inclusion of Greenland in the KP certification scheme.
