Approval of new Members

Article 10

1. On receiving a positive assessment report drawn up pursuant to Article 9, the Board of Member States shall decide whether or not to approve the new Member. 2. If a healthcare provider is given a negative assessment, it will be for that healthcare provider to decide whether it wants to submit its membership application, with the assessment report on the application, to the Board of Member States for review.
