Article 4

1. The Commission, after consultation with the Special Committee appointed by the Council, shall determine the position to be taken by the Union in the Joint Committee, concerning the application of the Agreement and with respect to the adoption of Annexes to the Agreement and the amendments of such Annexes. 2. The Commission may take any appropriate action under points 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Agreement.
