Legal liability

Article 14

1. The contractual liability of SATCEN shall be governed by the law applicable to the contract concerned. 2. The Court of Justice of the European Union shall have jurisdiction pursuant to any arbitration clause contained in a contract concluded by SATCEN. 3. The personal liability of staff towards SATCEN shall be governed by the relevant provisions applying to SATCEN staff.
