2014/884/EU: Commission Decision of 11 March 2014 on State… Article 1

Article 1

The asset transfer from FIH Group to the Danish Financial Stability Company, together with the side agreements, constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. This State aid is compatible with the internal market, in the light of the restructuring plan and the commitments set out in the Annex.
