Amendment of Directive 2008/48/EC

Article 46

In Article 2 of Directive 2008/48/EC, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘2a.   Notwithstanding point (c) of paragraph 2, this Directive shall apply to unsecured credit agreements the purpose of which is the renovation of a residential immovable property involving a total amount of credit above EUR 75 000.’
