Union market surveillance and control of explosives entering the Union market

Article 41

Articles 16 to 29 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 shall apply to explosives. Member States shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that explosives may be placed on the market only if, when properly stored and used for their intended purpose, they do not endanger the health or safety of persons.
