Transitional provisions

Article 41

Member States shall not impede the making available on the market and/or the putting into service of vessels covered by Directive 2009/105/EC which are in conformity with that Directive and which were placed on the market before 20 April 2016. Certificates issued by approved inspection bodies under Directive 2009/105/EC shall be valid under this Directive.
