Amendments of Annexes

Article 47

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 48 concerning the amendment of the instrument-specific Annexes, in relation to the following: (a) maximum permissible errors (MPEs) and accuracy classes; (b) rated operating conditions; (c) critical change values; (d) disturbances.
