Transitional provisions

Article 50

1.   Member States shall not impede the making available on the market and/or the putting into use of measuring instruments covered by Directive 2004/22/EC which are in conformity with that Directive and which were placed on the market before 20 April 2016. Certificates issued under Directive 2004/22/EC shall be valid under this Directive. 2.   The effects of Article 23 of Directive 2004/22/EC shall continue until 30 October 2016.
