Entry into force

Article 28

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1, the second paragraph of Article 3, Article 5, Article 13(2) and (3) and Annexes I, V and VI shall apply from 20 April 2016.
