Directive 2001/37/EC is repealed with effect from 20 May 2016, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for the transposition into national law of that Directive. References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Directive and read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex III to this Directive.
