Administrative cooperation between Member States

Article 15

1.   Member States shall designate a national contact point responsible for exchanging information with the other Member States and the Commission with regard to the application of this Directive. 2.   Member States shall forward to the Commission the names and contact details of their national contact point by 20 May 2015, and shall inform it without delay of any changes thereto. The Commission shall draw up a list of all contact points and forward it to the Member States.
