Entry into force

Article 22

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Points (a), (b) and (c) of Article 5(1), Article 6(1), Article 7(1), (2) and (3), Article 8(8), Article 9(1) and Article 17 shall apply from 4 July 2015.
