Coordination of notified bodies, recognised third-party organisations and user inspectorates
Article 38
The Commission shall ensure that appropriate coordination and cooperation between the conformity assessment bodies notified under this Directive are put in place and properly operated in the form of a sectoral group or groups of conformity assessment bodies. Member States shall ensure that the conformity assessment bodies notified by them participate in the work of that or those group or groups, directly or by means of designated representatives.
