Technical specifications on vehicle construction requirements and test procedures
Article 5
1. The vehicle construction test procedures shall be performed in accordance with the test requirements laid down in this Regulation. 2. The test procedures shall be carried out or witnessed by the approval authority or, if authorised by the approval authority, by the technical service. 3. The measurement methods and test results shall be reported to the approval authority in the test report format laid down pursuant to Article 32(1) of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013.
