Commission Regulation (EU) No 61/2014 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, it shall apply from 14 August 2014 except for formetanate in table and wine grapes, tomatoes, aubergines, melons, pumpkins and watermelons, for which it shall apply from the date of entry into force.
