Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004
Article 1
Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 is amended as follows: (1) point 3(a) of Section III of Annex II is replaced by the following: ‘(a) the status of the holding of provenance or the regional animal health status, and whether the holding is officially recognised to apply controlled housing conditions in relation to Trichinella in accordance with Point A of Chapter I of Annex IV to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2075/2005 ( *1 ) ; ( *1 ) OJ L 338, 22.12.2005, p. 60 .’;" (2) in Chapter VI of Section I of Annex III, point 9 is deleted.
