Article 27
1. The national regulatory authority shall take and publish a motivated decision within six months following the receipt of the complete recommendation document. In deciding whether to approve the proposed within day obligation, the national regulatory authority shall assess whether this within day obligation meets the criteria set out in Article 26(2). 2. Before taking the motivated decision the national regulatory authority shall consult with the national regulatory authorities of adjacent Member States and take account of their opinions. The adjacent national regulatory authority(-ies) may seek an opinion from the Agency in accordance with Article 7(4) of Regulation (EC) No 713/2009 on the decision referred to in paragraph 1.
