Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 Article 53

Entry into force

Article 53

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Without prejudice to Articles 28, 33(5), 38(1), 45(4), 46(3), 51 and 52 this Regulation shall apply as from 1 October 2015.
