Article 9

With effect from 1 July 2012, for the unemployment allowance referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 28a(3) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants, the lower limit shall be EUR 1 347,89 and the upper limit shall be EUR 2 695,79. With effect from 1 July 2012, the standard allowance referred to in Article 28a(7) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants shall be EUR 1 225,36.
