Functions and responsibilities of the management structure

Article 11

1. The National Fund shall be located in a national level ministry of the IPA II beneficiary with central budgetary competence. It shall support the NAO in fulfilling his/her tasks in particular those referred to in point (a) of Article 9(3). 2. The NAO support office shall assist the NAO in fulfilling his/her tasks in particular those referred to in point (b) of Article 9(3).
