Article 21

1.   IPA II assistance shall be subject to evaluations, in accordance with Article 30(4) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 with the aim of improving its relevance, coherence, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, Union added value, consistency and synergy with the relevant policy dialogue. 2.   Evaluations may be carried out at policy, strategic, thematic, sectoral, programme and operational level as well as at country or regional level. 3.   The results of evaluations shall be taken into account by the IPA monitoring committee and the sectoral monitoring committees.
