General principles

Article 25

1.   Any ECB supervisory procedures initiated in accordance with Article 4 and Section 2 of Chapter III of the SSM Regulation shall be carried out in accordance with Article 22 of the SSM Regulation and the provisions of this Title. 2.   The provisions of this Title shall not apply to procedures carried out by the Administrative Board of Review.
