Determining significance on the basis of importance for the economy of any participating Member State at the request of an NCA

Article 58

1. An NCA may notify the ECB that it considers a supervised entity to be significant with regard to its domestic economy. 2. The ECB shall assess the NCA’s notification on the basis of the criteria set out in Article 57(1). 3. Article 57 shall apply accordingly.
