ECB’s assessment of a draft withdrawal decision

Article 81

1. The ECB shall assess the draft withdrawal decision without undue delay. In particular, it shall take into account reasons for urgency put forward by the NCA. 2. The right to be heard, as provided for in Article 31, shall apply.
