Article 6
Article 52 of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 shall apply to existing stocks of the biocidal product made available on the following markets:
(a)
on the market of a Member State to which no application for renewal has been submitted or which has rejected an application pursuant to Article 3(3) of this Regulation;
(b)
on the market of the reference Member State and of the Member States concerned, where the reference Member State rejects the application for renewal in accordance with Article 3(3) or the third subparagraph of Article 3(7) of this Regulation.
