Records of checks

Article 10

1.   The competent authorities shall keep, for at least five years, records of the checks referred to in Article 9(1), indicating, in particular, their nature and results, as well as records of any remedial actions and measures taken under Article 9(6). 2.   The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made available in accordance with Directive 2003/4/EC.
