Relationship with other instruments
Article 48
This Regulation is without prejudice to: (a) Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 14 ) , except as provided for in Article 10(2), Article 14(3) and (6), Article 17(5), Article 23(3) and (6), Article 25(2) and (3), Article 28(1), (3), (5) and (6), Article 29, Article 33(3), Article 36(2) and (4), and Article 49(1) of this Regulation; (b) Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012; (c) Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000; (d) Directive 95/46/EC, except as provided for in Articles 14(8) and 47 of this Regulation; (e) Regulation (EC) No 1206/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 15 ) ; (f) Regulation (EC) No 864/2007, except as provided for in Article 13(4) of this Regulation.
