Annual and extraordinary update of decisions taken in the absence of joint decision

Article 21

1. The annual update of decisions taken in the absence of joint decision shall follow the steps pursuant to Article 3(2), in so far as each step is relevant for the application of Article 97(4) of Directive 2013/36/EU. 2. Any extraordinary update of decisions taken in the absence of joint decision pursuant to Article 113(4) of Directive 2013/36/EU shall follow the process set out in Articles 9 to 14.
