Language arrangements

Article 81

1. Council Regulation No 1 ( 23 ) shall apply to the Board. 2. The Board shall decide on the internal language arrangements for the Board. 3. The Board may decide which of the official languages to use when sending documents to Union institutions or bodies. 4. The Board may agree with each national resolution authority on the language or languages in which the documents to be sent to or by the national resolution authorities shall be drafted. 5. The translation services required for the functioning of the Board shall be provided by the Translation Centre of the bodies of the European Union.
