Methods of implementation

Article 11

Programmes shall be usually implemented in shared management with Member States in accordance with Article 59 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012. Participating countries may propose implementation in indirect management by a CBC partner country or an international organisation in accordance with Article 60 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012. Programmes implemented in indirect management shall be governed by Part Three of this Regulation.
