Rules applicable to programmes managed by an international organisation

Article 81

1.   The Commission and the international organisation shall conclude an agreement detailing the arrangements applicable to the programme. In case the programme makes a contribution to a financial instrument pursuant to Article 42, conditions and reporting requirements set out in Article 140 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 shall be respected. 2.   The provisions contained in Part Two shall apply to programmes managed by an international organisation unless the agreement referred to in paragraph 1 provides otherwise.
