Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 376/2008

Article 42

Paragraphs 6 and 7 of Article 34 of Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 are deleted. However, those provisions shall continue to apply for the securities validly lodged under that Regulation before the entry into force of this Regulation.
