Making resources available to Member States
Article 14
1. By deciding to make the monthly payments, the Commission shall place at the disposal of the Member States, within the framework of the budget appropriations, the resources needed to cover expenditure to be financed by the EAGF, less the corresponding amount of assigned revenue, in the account opened by each Member State. When the payments to be made by the Commission, minus the assigned revenue, lead to a negative amount for a Member State, the surplus deductions shall be carried over to the following months. 2. Each Member State shall notify the Commission of the name and number of the account referred to in paragraph 1 in accordance with the format made available to it by the Commission.
