Information of the beneficiaries

Article 60

The information of the beneficiaries referred to in Article 113 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 shall be provided to the beneficiaries by including it in the application forms for receiving funds deriving from the Funds, or otherwise at the time when the data are collected. By way of derogation from the first paragraph, as regards data related to payments received in the financial years 2014 and 2015, the information of the beneficiaries shall be provided at least two months before the date of publication.
