Article 26

1.   By 31 December 2018, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council an interim report on the application of this Regulation. That interim report shall include the rate of uptake in different Member States, together with any appropriate proposals. 2.   By 31 December 2020, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on the application of this Regulation together with any appropriate proposals.
