Transitional provisions

Article 29

1. Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 shall continue to apply to those information and promotion measures for which funding has been decided by the Commission before 1 December 2015. 2. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 22 in order to ensure a smooth transition between the application of Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 and this Regulation.
