Fee notice

Article 12

1. A fee notice shall be issued annually by the ECB to each fee debtor. 2. The fee notice shall specify the means by which the annual supervisory fee shall be paid. The fee debtor shall comply with the requirements set out in the fee notice with respect to the payment of the annual supervisory fee. 3. The amount due under the fee notice shall be paid by the fee debtor within 35 days of the date of issuance of the fee notice.
