Council Regulation (EU) No 1221/2014 Article 12

Entry into force

Article 12

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2015. However, Articles 8 and 9 shall apply with effect from 1 January 2014.
