Packaging and labelling

Article 10

1. Containers shall provide adequate protection against deterioration or contamination of the active substance from the moment the active substance is packaged to the moment it is used in the manufacturing of medicinal products. 2. Storage, print and use of labels on the packaging of active substances shall be controlled. Labels shall contain the information necessary to assure the quality of the active substance.
