Article 5
1. With regard to specific cases listed in Section 7.3 of the Annex to this Regulation, the conditions to be met for the verification of interoperability pursuant to Article 17(2) of Directive 2008/57/EC shall be the national rules applicable in the Member State which authorise the placing in service of the subsystem covered by this Regulation. 2. Within six months of the entry into force of this Regulation, each Member State shall notify the other Member States and to the Commission with: (a) the national rules referred to in paragraph 1; (b) the conformity assessment and verification procedures to be carried out to apply the national rules referred to in paragraph 1; (c) the bodies designated in accordance with Article 17(3), of Directive 2008/57/EC to carry out the conformity assessment and verification procedures in the specific cases set out in Section 7.3 of the Annex.
